Home security checks

Checking your home is secure when you are away on holiday or business:

  • Bespoke to you - tell us what you need us to do
  • Checks are conducted regularly and at different timings to keep intruders on their toes
  • Reports let you know when we've been and what has been done
  • Post and deliveries picked up and communicated to you
  • Curtains drawn and lights turned on
  • Garden and plants watered
  • Monitoring for visiting tradespeople or deliveries
  • Wheelie bins placed out and back in
  • Secure home advice - doors and windows, interior and exterior observations

Tasks and errands

When there just aren't enough hours in the day we are 'at your service' for a variety of tasks such as:

  • Admit, monitor and wait for tradespeople at your home
  • Waiting in-house for deliveries
  • Pick up and safe keeping of parcels
  • Shopping errands
  • Pick up/deliver to couriers, Evri, Yodel, Post Office
  • Pick up/deliver at dry cleaners, optician, chemist

Airbnb co-hosting

We aim to please with a totally flexible approach as often as you need:

  • Key handover, collection and spare key holder
  • Bespoke 'Meet & Greet'
  • Special touches - welcome note, fresh flowers, personalised cookies
  • Welcome hamper with delicious groceries
  • Cream Tea with home-made scones on arrival for your guests
  • Replenishing to your guests' requirements
  • Bespoke brochure design for your accommodation

Feeding your pets

We are happy to look after your small pets:

  • Visits tailored to your particular instructions
  • Companionship and attention for your furry friend
  • Photos and videos sent to you
  • Live link ups by WhatsApp or FaceTime
  • Replenishment your pet's requirements
  • Records kept of our visits

Watering your plants

We can water your plants to your specific instructions:

  • House plants and garden plants
  • As many times a day or week as you need
  • Admit and monitor your gardening contractors

Pricing

HOMECHECK SECURE VISITS:

Properties up to 4 bedrooms to include initial assessment and first check : £40

Thereafter: £20 per hour in 15 minute increments


Properties 5 to 8 bedrooms to include initial assessment and first check: £50

Thereafter: £30 per hour in 15 minute increments



TASKS AND ERRANDS: £20 per hour

AIRBNB HOSTING: £20 per hour

PET CARE VISITS: £10 per visit

PLANT WATERING: £20 per hour


We keep HOMECHECK pricing the same during the week, evenings and weekends, although bank holidays, Christmas eve through to Boxing day and New Year's eve are charged at double rate.


Reports  of all visits are logged for you.
